Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Dressd. you agree to these terms. Dressd. is currently an invite-only beta, so features may change, pause or be removed as we improve it.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older and give accurate sign-up details.
• Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Invite codes are personal and may be limited to a set number of sign-ups.

Plans

The Free plan includes a limited number of styling sessions each week. Premium access given through an invite lasts for the period stated with the invite. Paid plans are not offered yet; if they are introduced, pricing, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you pay.

Styling suggestions

Looks, forecasts and packing lists are suggestions for inspiration. Weather data comes from third parties and may be inaccurate, so please use your own judgement about what to wear.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the service, attempt to access other people's accounts, copy the Library imagery or styling content, or use Dressd. for anything unlawful.

Ownership

Dressd., its Library imagery and its styling rules belong to us. Feedback you send may be used to improve the service.

Liability

The beta is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Ending your account

You can stop using Dressd. and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

We'll tell you about significant changes to these terms. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
