Privacy Policy
Dressd. is a virtual stylist that builds looks from clothes you already own. This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect and why. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address, display name and sign-in information.
- Your wardrobe — the Library pieces you mark as owned, plus saved, worn, planned and rejected looks.
- Location for weather — the town or approximate location you allow, used only to fetch the day's forecast.
- Preferences and feedback — onboarding answers, outfit and Pack feedback, and experience ratings you choose to send.
- Usage information — simple product events (for example, that a look was shuffled) that never include personal answers.
- Waitlist and invites — the email you leave on the waitlist and which invite code you used.
How we use it
- To style weather-appropriate looks and packing lists from your own wardrobe.
- To keep your account, wardrobe and plan access working across devices.
- To improve the styling rules and decide which pieces to add to the Library.
- To contact you about your account or your waitlist place.
Who can see it
Your wardrobe and looks are private to your account. A small team reviews feedback to improve Dressd. We use trusted service providers for hosting, sign-in and weather forecasts; they process data only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile, wardrobe and looks within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it is used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
